- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆This first part is a customer help review. Read second for on the bus. When I called for a ticket issue, the guy had no idea what was doing on let alone what office he was in. I had a ticket issue and he just told me that "he didn't know how to do that." So I asked to speak who someone who knew and that seemed impossible as well. If the tickets were refundable I would rather deal with Greyhound. And that is saying something. HOWEVER!!! Upon boarding the bus James, the driver, was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The bus is clean, and in this instance, half an hour early. Great experience with the actual riding portion! I have not had a driver be so friendly and considerate of his passengers.
