  If my banking situation wasn't so complicated to change, I wouldn't bank here. I've had tellers RUN to lock the front door in my face at exactly closing time. I was denied a loan, told I could use the money in my savings account to back the loan and pay the bank 3% on my money. (Was able to get a 2% loan at another CU). Their debit cards last a few months and they charge you $5 to replace. My pay roll is direct deposit and usually takes 4 business days to process.

  I had a rough experience at this branch. I was ready to close out all of my accounts and find a new bank but I felt stuck with them because they were my longest line of credit. I left a review and within the hour, someone left a response saying they would get back to me the next day. Rob called me this morning right as the branch opened and assured me that the issues I was experiencing is something he took very seriously. I’m so impressed by how professionally he handled the problem. Thanks, Rob! I appreciate you!
